Danilo Avalon, Esq. is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Avalon Law Offices, P.C., bringing over three decades of experience representing clients throughout Massachusetts and all over the country. His practice focuses on personal injury, automobile accidents, criminal defense, and motor vehicle matters, where he provides strategic advocacy and personalized legal guidance to individuals facing complex legal challenges.

Born in Colón, Panama, and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Attorney Avalon moved to Boston to attend Tufts University and earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. He has built a longstanding practice serving the Greater Boston community with a strong commitment to accessible and client-centered representation. Fluent in Spanish and English, and conversational proficiency in Portuguese. Attorney Avalon is dedicated to serving diverse communities and ensuring clients feel supported, understood, and confident throughout the legal process.

Attorney Avalon has remained actively engaged in the legal community, including serving as President of the Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Attorneys and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys Board of Governors, as a lecturer and panelist for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, as a Board member of the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association, and as a longstanding member of the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association..

Over the last decade, Attorney Avalon has created and been an active member of a committee of lawyers and Judges who have helped prospective lawyers to become judges and has worked closely with the Judicial Nominating Committee, the Governor's Counsel, and both Republican and Democratic Governor's offices and their Chief legal counsel.
