Herlande is licensed in Massachusetts and earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Before joining Avalon, she worked as a Litigation Law Clerk and as an Associate Attorney at Boston-area law firms, where she gained extensive experience in civil litigation.

Fluent in Haitian Creole, Herlande is dedicated to serving diverse communities and ensuring that all clients feel supported and understood throughout the legal process.
