Lori Andrade is a Senior Claims Adjuster with 27 years of experience managing and resolving claims matters with professionalism and care. She works closely with clients throughout the claims process, applying her extensive experience to support efficient case handling and successful outcomes.

Lori’s strengths include negotiation and settlement, customer service and empathy, organization and file management, as well as effective time management and case prioritization. She is fluent in English and Cape Verdean Creole and finds the most rewarding part of her role is helping clients feel supported and informed during what can often be a stressful time in their lives.
